The position is to provide medical management service to support workers’ compensation, utilization review, utilization management, and specialty service segments to U.S. health care organizations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responds to telephone calls pertaining to health-related inquiries and concerns, which are basic and routine in nature
• Provides health-related information as prompted by incoming calls, using a computerized system
• Probes further for more data, as necessary
• Facilitates customer calls consistent with program-specific strategies and customer satisfaction measurements including but not limited to proper answering procedures
• Serves as first-level contact for customer complaint resolution
• Responds to customer inquiries by referring these to Supervisors or QAs
• Maintains acceptable levels of performance including but not limited to attendance, adherence, customer courtesy, as well as other productivity and efficiency objectives
• Identifies inaccuracies in databases and reports these problems for correction

Requirements:

Education

License/Certificate

• With active, valid and unrestricted US RN license
• IELTS, TOFEL, CGFNS passer an advantage

Qualifications          

• Exhibit’s excellent clinical assessment skills, sound judgment
• Able to identify potentially unnecessary services and care delivery settings, and recommends alternatives by analyzing clinical protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, professional) to be able to communicate routinely with clinical staff and US physicians regarding specific clinical case reviews and to respond to health related inquiries and concerns.
• Good interpersonal skills (assertive, fair and consistent) and the ability to work effectively with all disciplines involved with patient care.
• Must be confident in using computerized systems to provide or gather information and answer medical related questions.
• Ability to work on projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, able to document meticulously and maintain confidentiality
• Maintains acceptable levels of performance including but not limited to attendance, adherence, customer courtesy, and all other productivity and efficiency targets and objectives
• Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule a must, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary
• Ability to travel between office locations and other company sponsored events
•  With at least 1 year clinical experience
