Well this days we have alot of EMT-Medic and a holder of BSN and board passer too is it more applicable to hire those Nurses who are not employed than those people who are not with the Baccalareate degree,no offense with our brethren i know alot of EMT who are very much capable of doing there job,but if theirs some who are un employed considering we have a new batches of Nurses who just currently pass the board meaning additional un employed Nurses, well of course this days lots of choices can be done either in private or govnt or private companies.Of course still alot of vacancies in the Middle East for start and if you will like and adopt it then years will just go and then later on you will know that your here for 10-15 years ….
